  • Peter Glazman

    Chairman

Peter Glazman is a pioneer in the final mile logistics space. He started his career as an Owner Operator Courier, eventually founding and growing USPack Logistics into one of the premier companies in the industry.

Peter immigrated from Ukraine in 1978 with his wife and daughter. An engineer by trade, he worked a variety of jobs to support his family but quickly realized his future was as an entrepreneur. After meeting an Independent Contractor that provided service to several courier companies, he decided he would go to work for himself as an owner operator. Peter fell in love with the freedom of being a business owner and the satisfaction of a job well done for his customers. Peter identified consistency, integrity and honesty as problems that needed to be solved in final mile transportation. He founded USPack in 1986 to solve those problems.

Since then, Peter has earned and kept the trust of thousands of customers, including fortune 500 executives. He spearheaded a growth strategy marked by successful acquisitions and sustained organic growth that continues to this day. Peter credits the sustained success of USPack to the original mission of the business: consistency, honesty and integrity.

Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, two sons and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys traveling, the ocean, skiing and catching baseball and basketball games with his family.
