Aftermarket auto retailers have incredibly complex inventory management and delivery needs. With tens of thousands of products, countless retail stores and multiple customer bases with tight delivery time windows, most retailers rely on hodgepodge delivery solutions cobbled together from crowdsourcing, contractors and dedicated vehicles. Using its unmatched network of USPack executed deliveries and vehicles, USPack built a network delivery solution in the Northeast and Midwest that not only met the complex delivery demands of auto retailers but went a step further to become a true inventory management solution. Utilizing a hyper-efficient local hub-and-spoke replenishment model, USPack's network executed deliveries from distribution centers to stores, implemented store-to-store transfers and provided lead store fulfillment for critical product categories. The network operated at a high volume seven days a week to allow the retailers to quickly adapt and reposition inventory to meet up-to-the minute demand.The flexible delivery network also met the retailers’ final mile delivery needs, delivering within a 10-miles radius of the stores in 30 to 75-minute windows six days a week using dedicated cars, pickups and vans.
